Oh man… I just found a map of the top 50 American craft brewers. Now how many can I hit on my trip? Looks like I might be able to visit the following:
Flying Dog Brewing Co: Denver CO
Breckenridge Brewing Co: Denver CO
Boulder Beer Co: Boulder CO
Anchor Brewing Co: San Francisco CA
Gordon Biersch: San Jose CA
Firestone Walker Brewing Co: Paso Robles CA
Stone Brewing Co: Escondido CA
Colorado and California have a lot of good beer companies. Maybe that’s why they’re so laid back?
Anyone have any personal experience with these places? Any others I should see?

what kind of top microbrewery list leaves off 3 floyds? go there, or forever live in disgrace. dogfish head is represented, i see. worth the trip. and bells too. midwest - what what!

I haven’t visited the Brewery’s, but from my time in CO i know that Flying Dog and the Breckenridge Brewery have some fine beers…. Go for it, i’d say…
